DEQ Request for Proposals Notice: Education and Outreach for the Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program
The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality has issued an RFP to seek qualified individuals and organizations who can help the Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program build its education and outreach efforts.

Access the RFP by going to OregonBuys (https://oregonbuys.gov/bso/) and clicking on the “Open Bids” link.
Enter bid number S-34000-00001599 in the search field.
To submit the proposal, you must be registered in OregonBuys. For instructions on how to register in OregonBuys, please visit https://www.oregon.gov/das/ORBuys/Pages/supplierregistration.as.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through OregonBuys. Proposals submitted by any other methods will not be accepted by DEQ.
