Portland General Electric and Pacific Power teamed up this month to launch “Oregoin’ Electric,” an interactive mobile game app, with the support from the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality’s Clean Fuels Program.

Players can embark on an electric transportation adventure by visiting charging stations, learning about different electric transportation innovators, and by participating in e-activities, such as personal Segway tours and e-bike rentals. Completed e-activities and quizzes earn players points, which enters them into a collective competition for real-life prizes – including a free two-year lease of an all-electric Chevrolet Bolt, a home vehicle charger, Oregon State Parks passes, and more!

The Oregoin’ Electric game app is part of a new electric transportation education campaign presented by Oregon utilities and was developed with funds from Oregon Clean Fuels Program credits.
